WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Orders placed after 2pm PST will ship the following business day.
Please note all orders placed on Friday, December 29th through Thursday, January 4th 2018 will ship out on Friday, January 5th, 2018. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
By logging into your Bella Dahl account you can check on the status of an order. Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped. For any questions, please contact Bella Dahl customer service at 1-844-50-BELLA(23552). Customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time.
WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE ALL ITEMS IN MY ORDER?
If the item that you ordered was either out of stock due to an inventory error or unforeseen delays by manufacturers, you will be contacted within 48 hours. If you did order more than one item the other item will be shipped and the item that is out of stock will be cancelled off your order and you will be refunded.
DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?
We do not offer price adjustments. Temporary promotions unfortunately cannot be applied to previous purchases. Offers cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently only ship to the United States.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Bella Dahl currently offers free returns on all domestic orders purchased on belladahl.com within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all tags attached in its original packaging and must include the packing slip. Merchandise returned without the original hangtag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a return. We do NOT accept returns on product purchased at retail stores, only purchases made on belladahl.com.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please follow the instructions on your packing slip. All returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We are currently offering free returns on all orders. Customers may use the UPS return shipping label included in your package at no charge.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Bella Dahl will accept returns on sale items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Anything marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN GET PROCESSED?
Returns are processed within 7-10 days of being received in our warehouse. Once the return is approved the refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your return has been processed. It may take your bank or credit card company 5-7 business days to process your refund once we've issued the credit. Please contact them regarding any pending transaction.
