Return shipping is on us! Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of your ship date*. All items must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tags attached) and in original packaging. To avoid delayed processing, returns must include the packing slip supplied upon shipment. Items that appear to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in delayed refund, or may not qualify for a refund. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you. We do not accept returns on items purchased at retail stores, only Bella Dahl items purchased on Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.



If you are unsatisfied with your full-price purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 30 days of receiving of your purchase should it meet the requirements of our return policy above.

 Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Bella Dahl’s discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. Bella Dahl cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled items. 

We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.

Sale items are non-refundable. No Returns. No Exchanges. No Exceptions. Please double check your sizes! No modifications can be made after your order is placed.

International customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost on returns. Please include a copy of the packing slip with reason for return and use a trackable method of return. At this time we cannot process exchanges on International orders.
