The colors on website are incorrect

"I've ordered this twice now and they keep sending me the wrong color. Word of caution, if you want to order the Heather Mist (ivory) color, you will receive the Heather Quartz (blue) color. The packaging is mislabeled in their warehouse and I can't seem to get anyone to help in customer service with this. Have to go through the return process yet again."
