When will my order be shipped?

*Most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

*Orders placed Friday after 2pm PST will ship the following business day.


What are your shipping fees?

Shipping options are choosen at checkout. Shipping is calculated by your zip-code. All available options to your zone will be viewable for review.

*Shipping fees are subject to change. Please note Free Ground Shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are only eligible for 2 day or next day shipping. Please note that we do not offer Saturday delivery.


What is the status of my order? How do I track my order?

By logging into your Bella Dahl account you can check on the status of an order. Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number. 


Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page an order confirmation number will be issued. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received and another email once your order has shipped.


How do I cancel or change an order?

Please contact Bella Dahl customer service at 1-844-50-BELLA(23552). Customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time.


Why did I not receive all items in my order?

If the item that you ordered was either out of stock due to an inventory error or unforeseen delays by manufacturers, you will be contacted within 48 hours. If you did order more than one item the other item will be shipped and the item that is out of stock will be cancelled off your order and you will be refunded.


Are purchases tax free?

We are required to collect local sales tax in states where Bella Dahl has a store or corporate offices. We currently collect sales tax for billing addresses originating in California.


Why did you call or email me to verify my order?

For your own security and protection, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious regarding your order.


Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price adjustments. Temporary promotions unfortunately cannot be applied to previous purchases. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer.


How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number once the order has shipped.


Do you ship internationally?

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


What is your return/exchange policy?

Bella Dahl currently offers free returns on all merchandise purchased on our website within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all tags attached in its original packaging and must include the packing slip. Merchandise returned without the original hangtag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a return. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. We do NOT accept returns on product purchased at retail stores, only purchases made on


How do I return an item?

Please follow the instructions on your packing slip. All returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We are currently offering free returns on all orders. You may use the UPS return shipping label included in your package at no charge.


Can I Return Sale Items?

Bella Dahl will accept returns on sale items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Anything marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.


When will my return get processed?

Returns are processed within 7-10 days of being received in our warehouse. Once the return is approved the refund will be credited back credited back to the original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your return has been processed. It may take your bank or credit card company 5-7 business days to process your refund once we've issued the credit. Please contact them regarding any pending transaction.
